Dean: over receiving department for over 6 years. Manager uses his influence and position to coerce and take advantage of females out of rehab. Has slept with many women there over the years and is married. Wife found out about Lupe and thinks he no longer sees her. Has violated numerous company policies and administration overlooks his indescretions with employees "under" him. Has been responsible for the downfall of many who have worked there by making false statements. Uses this tactic to elevate his usefulness to administration and cancel out liabilities to his adultery at the company. Criminal history available on the internet states he has been convicted for burglaries of home and building. Hmmmm.
Update forJuly31,2006: Apparentlythe backround has been verified for Harold now and it seems to be acceptable for someone with a history for breaking into homes to take people's property to also handle items donated that have a considerable value. It is understood that previously the company terminated a manager (he had to sign off that he knew they were doing it because of criminal history) who handled donations of considerable value as well. This appears to be a double standard. I would have to question why one can stay and one can't? What hold does the present employee have on this companywho's mission statement is to help people? The previous manager had over 5 years in good standing at the company.
Another Update for July 31, 2006: It has been brought to the attention of the author that this guy also uses his company cell phone for personal gain as well. Surely the company knows this as they get the bill. The last four digits of some numbers we were told could be looked up and verified on the bill are: 5190, 8791, 3908, 8888. Calls were made outside of and during work hours. These are pre-paid phone numbers that no legitimate company business could have been done on. Only arrangements to meet up for some reason or another. Time lines to search for are from June 14th backwards. Look for the odd times outside of work hours if you work for this company and have access to billing.
August 1st, 2006: Another set of facts have been brought to light about the above manager. When he went to work at this company 6 years ago he managed a large scale highway litter and landscaping contract. Over the course of two years these contracts were lost because of mis-management and poor maintenance on fleet vehicles and landscape equipment. Several accidents occurred under his watch and people died and were injured on his crews as a result of his poor management. One noteable incident was when a woman died on a van because he made the driver push these people in the heat despite being advised by co workers of the risk factors. This incedent was hurriedly forgotten about. How does he do it?
